In order to keep the community as safe as possible, we are now offering Virtual Visits for most care needs including routine follow ups and medication refills. If you have significant fever, cough, shortness of breath, or direct exposure to a person diagnosed
with the Coronavirus illness, please call 912.842.2101 Ext 121 or 119 for Nurse Triage. We are currently performing Coronavirus testing for our established patients if needed and most results take an average of 48 to 72 hours.
